Please flash your phone first to GENERIC, with marked SET to factory default. Then unlock it again.

This error mean that you use MT box update tool v3.7 from folder different of MT box Nokia installation folder.
Start and use update tool at the same folder where MT box Nokia installed
example: C:\Program Files\GriffinTeam\MT-Box\MT Tool 3.7.exe

This error mean your box is already authorized by reseller,
but you have connection problem just keep trying till you get your box updated. Or check firewall or anti virus settings.

This error mean your box is not authorized (activated by reseller) to use BB5 unlock wotp.
Please contact your reseller.
