unlock with pc mean unlock with software.
unlock without pc mean unlock with ultimate-sam clip only (like smart clip).

U can use cable in the box OR Nokia E71 Usb cable

Anothere phone done ok via E71 usb and Qualcomm Modem driver installed .

Make Sure u have driver install .
*#782872# remove cable and put it back and make sure u see the modem in device manager leave the screen on there .
Now
Select 3g New(u700 and newer)
Press Unlock & when it bring the popup to put phone in Qualcomm mode ,just reconnect USB ( OR enter*#782872# reconnect USB)

on the phone it now says qualcomm USB configured plz reconnect the cable. The cable is still in and it also has a confirm part to touch?
